We understand that sometimes errors can occur or items may arrive in less than perfect condition. Therefore, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy to address these situations:

Returns for Errors or Damaged Items:

If you receive clothing from LOW EXPOSURE that has errors, defects, or arrives in bad shape, we will gladly accept returns and offer you a refund or replacement. To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 7 days of receiving your order, please contact our Customer Support team via email lowexposureseason@gmail.com to report the issue. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and photographic evidence, if possible.

  2. Return the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with all tags and labels.

  3. Inspection and Refund/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the reported error or damage. If the issue is confirmed, we will process a refund to the original payment method or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Please note the following important details:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached.
  • LOW EXPOSURE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please be aware that we do not accept returns for reasons other than errors or damage. We do not offer returns or refunds for items that do not fit as expected or for a change of mind.
